Crankshaft Balancing

After assemblying, every crank has to be balanced for the stability and performance. We provide customerized weight configuration for the ideal performance.

Outside diameter(OD) grinding

OD grinding is grinding occurring on external surface of a cam between the centers. With this we could make customized cam for the engine.

Surface grinding

Surface grinding is a finishing process that uses a rotating abrasive wheel to smooth the flat surface of metallic or nonmetallic materials to give einge a more refined look or to attain a desired surface for combination of 2 or more pieces of engine cases.

Milling Maching

With milling maching we could modified the original design of the engine for the powerful engine. Making prototype parts for the next generation is also creative and challenging!

Lathe Machining

Through lathe machining we could make prototype parts before mass manufacturing for making sure the size and the material fit the requirements.

Airway Polishing

By polishing the airway of the cylinder head, the air speed would be lifted and the airflow  could be raised to an ideal level for the engine.

Valve Job

A valve job is an operation which is performed on any four stroke cycle, internal combustion engine, the purpose of which is to resurface the mating surfaces of thepoppet valves and their respective valve seats that control the intake and exhaust of the air/fuel mixture that powers the motion of the pistons after the start cycle.

Cylinder head porting

Cylinder head porting refers to the process of modifying the intake and exhaust ports of an internal combustion engine to improve the quality and quantity of the air flow.Cylinder heads, as manufactured, are usually suboptimal due to design and manufacturing constraints. Porting the heads provides the finely detailed attention required to bring the engine to the highest level of efficiency. More than any other single factor, the porting process is responsible for the high power output of modern engines.

Cylinder Boring

In machining, boring is the process of enlarging a hole that has already been drilled (or cast), by means of a single-point cutting tool (or of a boring head containing several such tools), for example as in boring a gun barrel or an engine cylinder. Boring is used to achieve greater accuracy of the diameter of a hole, and can be used to cut a tapered hole. Boring can be viewed as the internal-diameter counterpart to turning, which cuts external diameters.

Cylinder Honing

Honing is an abrasive machining process that produces a precision surface on a metal workpiece by scrubbing an abrasive stone against it along a controlled path. Honing is primarily used to improve the geometric form of a surface, but may also improve the surface texture.

Piston Engraving

By engraving the piston we make out the ideal shape and thickness of the piston to fit the valve movements
